The Process
We’ve designed a seamless, hassle-free process to ensure students get the best graduation photography experience without any extra work for schools. Here’s how it works:

Consultation & School Confirmation
✔ Schools interested in participating will first have a consultation with our team to discuss logistics, expectations, and scheduling.
✔ Once confirmed, a designated picture day is set for students to book their sessions.
*Schools must have at least 20 students signed up one week before the session for it to proceed.

Students Book Their Sessions
✔ Students choose from Solo, Duo, or Group sessions via our online booking system.
✔ Payments are accepted via cash or card in person at the time of booking.
✔ Once booked, students receive a confirmation with their session time and details.

On-Campus Mini Photoshoot Day
✔ We arrive fully equipped with a professional mini-studio setup.
✔ Students check in 10 minutes before their session to keep everything running smoothly.
✔ Our photographers provide posing guidance to ensure the best shots.
